2021 holiday office closures and shipping dates

The holiday season is quickly approaching and we’re looking forward to spending quality time with family and friends. The Pelgrane office will be closed from December 25th through January 3rd.

Holiday Shipping Dates for the US and Canada

Due to extended shipping times we can no longer guarantee that orders will arrive before Christmas. Because we ship via media mail from Nevada, orders to the west coast will arrive sooner than orders to the east coast.

Our US shipping point will be closed on December 24th and 25th.

Holiday Shipping Dates for UK, Europe and the Rest of the World

• For delivery to UK addresses we recommend a last order date of noon December 17th for shipping on 20th. This allows four working days to arrive against a normal delivery speed of two days. Orders shipping up to the 22nd may arrive before Christmas, but this isn’t guaranteed.
• We can no longer guarantee that orders to addresses in the EU or the rest of the world will arrive before Christmas.
• Our non-US shipping point will be closed from noon December 24th through January 4th.
